I’ve been immersed in real estate since 2007, gaining hands-on experience in buying, selling, and rehabbing properties. By 2014, I was in pre-licensing classes and officially launched my career as a Realtor. I began with personal transactions, but quickly found myself helping others in my network—locating investment opportunities, guiding first-time buyers, and supporting families through the sale or purchase of their homes.

Having lived through the highs and lows of multiple market cycles, I’ve learned to study trends closely and think creatively to stay ahead. Moving several times myself has also helped me become adaptable and deeply empathetic to what clients experience during their own transitions.

My passion for design is woven into everything I do. I naturally see potential where others may not, drawing from years of work in renovations, buying and selling, interior design, cabinetry, and floor-plan layout. Whether it’s troubleshooting through the complexities of a foreclosure or helping clients stay focused on possibilities during a new-construction build, I genuinely love every aspect of the process.

More recently, I’ve worked closely with a local property-management company, which has expanded my understanding of cap rates, returns on investment, and the financial side of real-estate decision-making—adding an important layer to my overall real estate expertise.

Now based in Mt. Pleasant in Cabarrus County, I also specialize in the Mecklenburg, Rowan, and Stanly County markets, and I am licensed in both North and South Carolina.
